I forgot my password
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
My report won't generate
Your starting brief opens with just an address. A separate AI valuation report is not available without verified market sources.
I can't upload documents
Choose a supported file up to 20 MB. New document uploads use private storage. If a save could not be confirmed, check Documents before retrying. Older uploads retain their original storage links.
The app isn't working on my device
Use a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Save or copy any unsaved work before refreshing. If the issue continues, email the page name and what happened. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
Your saved information
Removing a document or photo record from the app does not erase its stored file. For help with stored files or account removal, email info@craftedtools.app from your account email and describe the request. Support will confirm the available next steps.
Document notes and planning downloads contain saved content. Keep exported files somewhere appropriate for the information they contain.
